Tanglewood is fortunate to have two full-time counselors on staff to support our students, parents and faculty. Throughout the year, many different needs arise. The counselors have a very limited budget for providing material resources for those in need. Our wonderful PTA raises hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to support the school, but these funds may not be used to purchase items for individual students.
The Helping Hands fund was created to assist the counselors in purchasing winter coats, backpacks, tennis shoes, clothing, school supplies, toiletries, etc. If you would like to help support the Helping Hands fund, please visit
